Over the course of 21 days, you’ll learn how to take control of your health, mindset, and lifestyle, so when you leave, you’re equipped with the tools to maintain those positive changes.

How It Works:

Structured Days + Self-Managed Days

Monday, Wednesday, Friday:

These are structured retreat days. You’ll be guided through yoga, meditation, plant-based cooking classes, and mild intermittent fasting to help reset your metabolism. We’ll provide educational materials and mindset empowerment tools such as EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), hypnosis, and emotional allowing, giving you a deep understanding of how to care for your body and mind.

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday:

These are self-managed days. You’ll have our support, but the day is yours to plan. You can go hiking, swimming, to the gym, meditate, or even explore Chiang Mai. You’ll learn how to manage your time, make your own choices, and, if you make mistakes, return to the retreat the next day to keep practicing and strengthening those new habits.

The Goal: Self-Empowerment

By the end of these 21 days, your self-managed days will look just like the structured ones—except now, they’ll be entirely powered by YOU. We’ll help you build the strength to make these changes last, so when you return home, you’ll have the confidence and skills to maintain your transformation.
